One of our most popular wedding venues, the Bayview Ballroom, recently completed a $250,000 renovation project to upgrade everything for your wedding day memories. The renovation includes a new carpet with warm blue and cream undertones, new wall sconces, light grey wall vinyl, wraparound board and batten, hardwood flooring in the pre-function space, and a complete overhaul of the ballroom's restrooms.

Top-notch Coordination

We had our August wedding at Seaview Golf Resort, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. Our celebration spanned two days—Day 1 with two events in the beautiful Oval Room, and Day 2 featuring our Hindu wedding ceremony on the Bayview Terrace followed by a cocktail hour and reception in the Bayview Ballroom. With 190 guests, the venue felt spacious yet intimate, and the views were stunning. From the moment we booked the venue nearly two years ago, our venue coordinator, Michele Plybon, was amazing. She stayed in touch throughout the entire planning process, maintaining excellent communication and seamlessly coordinating with our wedding planner, caterers, DJ, décor team, and cake vendor. On the wedding days, Michele was approachable, calm, and on top of every detail, ensuring everything ran smoothly. We are so grateful to Michele and the Seaview team for making our wedding weekend so special. What truly made our experience exceptional was Madelyn, our wedding coordinator at Seaview. She was an absolute godsend. Madelyn stepped in when my bride fears got the best of us and from day one, Madelyn made us feel calm, supported, and truly cared for. She’s extremely organized, attentive, and incredibly kind — someone who genuinely loves what she does, and it shows in every little detail. She listened carefully to our vision and worked tirelessly to bring it to life, guiding us through the entire planning process with grace and confidence. On the day of the wedding, she handled the behind the scenes work so seamlessly that all we had to do was be present and enjoy every moment. Her professionalism, warmth, and calm energy made such a difference — not just for us, but for our families and our entire vendor team. Not only were we lucky enough to work with Madelyn, our Maître de Sal went absolutely above and beyond to make sure our reception went seamlessly- there wasn't a skip he missed to make sure everything was on time. We owe so much of that to Madelyn and the incredible staff at Seaview, including the general manager Robert Morgan who stepped in and made the day run so perfectly. We got married at the Seaview Hotel at the end of March, and it was truly the best decision we could have made for our wedding. From start to finish, the entire experience was incredible. Our wedding coordinator, Sally McGettigan, was absolutely phenomenal. She’s everything you could hope for in a coordinator—professional, personable, thoughtful, and deeply committed to making your day perfect. Her attention to detail and calming presence made the planning process seamless and the wedding day stress-free. If you’re getting married at Seaview, ask for Sally—you won’t regret it. Like any big event, there were a few minor hiccups, but the team at Seaview handled them immediately and discreetly, ensuring they had zero impact on our day. The level of service was outstanding—from the front desk to the catering staff, everyone went above and beyond. Seaview Hotel gave us a beautiful, elegant setting for the most important day of our lives and memories we’ll cherish forever. We can’t recommend it enough.
